Nitrogen/Next Generation PSA
In this process, the air undergoes compression and subsequently enters a cryogenic stage where its temperature is lowered to approximately -170°C. Under these conditions, the air begins to liquefy; it then passes into a cryogenic distillation column, where the components of the liquefied air are separated based on their respective boiling points. Finally, the separated nitrogen is stored in cryogenic tanks; the liquid nitrogen is then converted into pure nitrogen gas using vaporizers and delivered to the client.
